Automation equipment engineering application features:
1. Positioning of the workpiece on the station: According to the actual situation of the demander's product, the axial and circumferential directions are based on a pipe-connected hole (or pipe joint).
2. The loading and unloading of workpieces (up and down the line) adopt manual mode, and the loading of accessories is manual and automatic.
3. Welding is automatic welding, the welding torch moves with multiple degrees of freedom, and the workpiece can rotate to achieve the required position of the weld.
4. PLC (programmable logic controller) is used to control the entire automatic production process, the touch screen is used as the man-machine operation interface, and the cylinder and motor cooperate to perform automatic actions.
