Small multi-axis welding machine
The equipment adds the tailstock function on the basis of the simple multi-axis welding machine, adopts a floating top pressure mechanism, and the pressure can be adjusted freely according to the needs of the workpiece.
Horizontal cylinder welding machine
The equipment is suitable for cladding welding of large shaft parts. Typical workpieces are cylindrical welding of screws, blades, hob, etc. According to the requirements of the workpiece, software customization (such as variable diameter, variable distance, etc.) can be carried out to realize one-key start.
Vertical cylinder welding machine
The equipment is specially customized for welding the extrusion surface of the blade, using the inner hole gun welding, but also suitable for large cylindrical cam groove welding. Because the basic workpiece is a welding part, there is a certain deformation, the welding seam tracking part can be selected to reduce the installation requirements and the difficulty of operation adjustment.
Automatic valve welding machine
The equipment is specially customized for automobile engine valves. It fully realizes automatic flow production. The equipment has good stability, fast welding speed and high qualification rate. The maximum valve length reaches 230mm and the disc diameter is 60mm. With automatic feeding, welding, unloading and table and welding gun cleaning function.
Pick surfacing line
This equipment is mainly used for welding picks used by shearers and roadheaders. Manual discharge and robot handling are adopted to realize automation of welding process. The process is as follows: workpieces are manually arranged in the left and right trays, the double-claw manipulator takes out the workpieces from the tray in sequence, places them in the heater for heating, then takes out the heated workpieces and places them in the welding station, and takes away the welded workpieces and places them in the heat preservation box.
Guide plate plasma surfacing machine
The equipment is mainly used for surfacing of the wear-resistant layer on the edge of the thin plate. The typical workpieces are the guide plate of the chain saw blade, the circular saw blade, etc. The welding torch can move up and down, left and right, and swing back and forth, and the workpiece rotates, thus realizing the cladding welding around the special-shaped cam workpiece.
